CHARACTER INFORMATION
NAME: Faye Chamberlain
CANON: The Secret Circle
AGE: 17 as of February 25th in her canon. Aging her up to 18 wouldn't have much effect on her emotional maturity - throughout the series, while she's shown to be very selfish and reckless at times, she is also shown to care deeply about the people that she loves and shows the capability to provide emotional support for those in need, even if they aren't the closest of friends.
CANON POINT: Post 1x22 (Family), aka the end of the series.
BACKGROUND: Faye's page at The Secret Circle Wiki.
INCENTIVE: Faye's incentive would be to bring her Grandfather back to life, who she loved deeply and was traumatized to discover he'd been killed (by her own mother, incidentally, although Faye is unaware of this fact). If this is not possible, her incentive would be her family's book of shadows.
FIT: Faye is not particularly shy about physical contact and is regularly seen hugging those close to her or putting her arms around them as a form of affection. She's got a reputation for being a bit of a bad girl, but establishes firmly in episode 8 that she's only slept with two people, adding "Guess I'm not the super slut you all think I am - or I'm lying". There's also an element of insecurity there - one of her past boyfriends, Jake Armstrong, returns to town after some time away, and it's established that she took their breakup really badly. She pursues him to an intense degree once he returns and takes his interest in Cassie Blake pretty poorly, and eventually starts sleeping with him again, declaring that it means nothing to her even though there's obvious feelings between them both. The series ends with the two of them sort of on their way to rekindling things again, but at that point her priority is clearly her friendship with Melissa, so I don't think sex would be an obstacle if she got to know someone who treated her well.
CONSENT: I mentioned her penance for physical contact in the form of putting her arms around her friends; this is typically done with people she knows but is not always welcome (though I believe if it was mentioned to her that it bothered them she would stop). A bigger issue would be her desire for power; her biggest violation of consent in this case would be an incident where she and Lee, a voodoo specialist she found on the internet, helped her cast a spell that he told her would give her individual power but ended up draining the other members of the circle (minus Cassie, who had her own individual power) of their life force instead. The circle was furious about this (and rightfully so), and Faye was angry at their reaction, but after that incident and Lee's death, she stops pursuing ways to get her individual power back (and, at the time of the series's end, the circle is unbound and she regains it anyway).

ANYTHING ELSE? Faye is a witch, whose powers pre-circle binding include telekinesis, pyrokinesis, atmokinesis and electrokinesis (showcased with her ability to cause a huge storm in episode one). Chanting spells will also cause simple but extraordinary things to happen, like unlocking a lock or changing the color of something, but if she's with someone else she doesn't need to speak out loud in order to make what she wants happen (I'm unsure if this is accurate or if she could do it herself, but when she doesn't speak while performing a spell she's always with someone else). She also has the ability to create potions, though she's rarely seen actively doing so.
There are also weaknesses to certain materials that come with being a witch; some of these include ash tree wood and iron sulfate, which suppress magical abilities. There is also a spell called a witch cruid that will instantly kill a witch (the spell's ingredients include a personal item, their blood, and mandrake root). Finally, there is a sigil that will bind a witch to a contained area and leave them unable to use their powers; this is called a Malleus Maleficarum.
As an aside, I'm aware that two of the samples exceed the twelve months rule by a couple of weeks, if this is a problem I can provide other samples and/or am prepared to write you one in the form of an in-game or recruitment conversation, as requested.
